A girl of 23 stood looking up at the manor. She had bright blue eyes and wavey blonde hair. She wore a red button up shirt and plain, blue, jeans. She wore a pink cowboy hat on her head, and cowboy boots of the same bright pink. The girl stood studying the manner, "Wow." She breathed. She was shocked at the enormous size of it. She wondered if she was at the right place.
She was here to see about working as stable manager and trainer. She wondered if she should go and knock on the door. It must be nice to live in there. She thought. She shrugged and began walking up the pathway.

Chaviva spotted the newcomer immediately. "It must be Ellie..." she was expecting someone to call about a trainer position. In the girl's place, Chaviva would have been nervous and rather afraid to go to such a well known rider's house. However, the young woman looked determined. Chaviva wore swishy dress pants and a black vest to match over a red shirt, it wasn't riding apparel, but her normal formal ware. At least she wasn't wearing a dress, that would really make cowboy boots look out of place.
Stepping to the door, or rather the doors, for they were double. She waited untill the steps were almost at the door and swung one open. No servants stood about inside, as the picture perfect mantion emplyed. Chaviva had in her service a group of maids best known for their work at Silent Echo. They worked other places as well, and Chaviva was neat and organized making cleaning easy. The mantion often felt empty and large, but Chaviva still liked it. As she pulled open the doors, the owner of the finery looked straight into the girls eyes. Her five foot eight looked nearly five eleven in her dress shoes. "Welcome to Silent Echo, I am Chaviva..." her voice paused, no last name, she'd rather not go by "Mrs." or "Ms." in that way she was still a rebelious young girl, "You can call me Chaviva, or Viva. With a guess, I'd assume you are Ellie...am I right?" It was buisnesslike. Chaviva extended her hand, but it was a cool gesture, trainers always got the cold side of her first, and then when respect and such were evident, the knowledge and warmth of the woman showed through.

"Hello Chaviva. Yes, I'm Ellie Sheridon." She replied. She felt rather under-dressed compared to what Chaviva was wearing. Ellie was wearing what she always wore. Jeans, a shirt, and cowboy boots. She owned very little else.

"Why don't you come in? My office is right this way... " Chaviva led the way with a determined stride. This school was the pride of her life. And the house was included. Once inside her office, the woman offered the newcomer a chair and sat down behind the desk. "So you want to be a trainer for Silent Echo?"

Ellie nodded and followed her to her office. One seated Ellie responded, "Yes." She smiled. She had been training horses, and students, for as long as she could remember. She worked at her parent's ranch and practically ran the who places. She had come to Silent Echo to get away for awhile, to do something different.

Chaviva nodded, "Now I have your resume, and it looks good. But I want to talk about the diciplines you train. What are your favorites?" Chaviva leaned back and glanced down at the desk where her idle hands played with the submitted form.

Ellie considered the question for awhile. Mostly she had taught western back home, but she knew the basics of English. "Maybe I could teach new riders the basics of riding?" She asked.

"That would be good, but I do believe that many of the students who come here are experts themselves. However we do get some new students, do you jump at all? Or mostly western diciplines?" Chaviva liked Ellie already, but wouldnt let it show.

"Mostly western disiplines, but I do jump alot too. I can tell you I do better than my sister." She said, talking about Calli. She laughed. Calli was an awful jumper. She needs alot of work.

"You're welcome, why don't you get aquainted with the students around here, and get yourself situated in the building next door. " and then to Ellie's question, Chaviva smiled, "Yep, Calli's here, she's a sweet girl, so far I think she's made all friends."

Ellie nodded, "Thanks again Chaviva." She smiled, happy that her sister had friends/ She walked out of the mansion and to her car, and then headed to her new home.
